Refund and Returns Policy

Merchandise Returns

All RaftPics and ZiaPics merchandise is printed on demand specifically for each order.

Because items are custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

Please review the size charts carefully before placing your order.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, we will gladly replace it.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the defective product

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.


Refunds

Refunds are issued only if:

  • The product is defective or damaged

  • A replacement cannot be provided

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges for different sizes or colors.

If you ordered the wrong size or color, please place a new order with the correct item.
