Action Sequence Replay Information

The Action Image sequence Replay is included as a sequence of individual still images rather than a pre-made video or slideshow.

The replay effect comes from scrolling quickly through the burst sequence — just as you saw at the river — or by creating your own animation/video using free or paid editing apps.

Your package includes the full burst sequence as high-resolution downloadable images ready for print, framing, or creative projects.

Popular apps for creating replay videos or slideshows include:

Easy: Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express
Mobile Editing: KineMaster, FilmoraGo, Magisto
Desktop: Shotcut, VSDC, DaVinci Resolve

Finding Your Rafting Gallery

Rafting galleries are organized under the RAFTING category on our homepage by:

RAFTING COMPANY- Choose your Company or if not commercial Select PRIVATE BOATERS
• Trip date by YEAR, MONTH, and DAY
• Time of day; AM / PM / FULL DAY
• Guide Name or boat description (examples Billy or Funyak 1)

Please double-check that you selected the correct company and trip date. If your group was split across multiple boats or funyaks, your photos may be in more than one gallery.

If you still cannot find your gallery, please continue below and include your rafting company, trip date, guide name if known, and approximate trip time.

Finding Your Moto Gallery

Moto galleries are usually organized under the MOTOCROSS category on our home page:

• Event name / location
• Event Day / Category
• Rider number

Please check nearby galleries if your rider appears in multiple races, classes, or practice sessions.

If you still cannot find your photos, please continue below and include the event name, date, rider number, bike color/gear color, and class if known.

Package & Pricing Information

Photo packages apply per gallery by  BOAT or RIDER. Each gallery is a bundled set of images from a single specific raft, rider, or craft.

Groups split across multiple boats, riders, or craft will have photos in multiple galleries, and packages cannot be combined across galleries.

Even when purchasing multiple galleries, package pricing remains heavily discounted compared to purchasing the same images individually.

The Whole Enchilada package includes all of the frame-worthy stills from your gallery, including portraits, action shots, and Action Burst Replay sequences from your raft/run.

The Whole Enchilada package also includes the full Action Burst Replay image sequences from your run. For more information about Action Burst images and replay creation, please select “Action Burst Replay Question” from the help menu above.

Group / Nonprofit Requests

RaftPics may offer limited accommodations for qualifying schools, churches, camps, nonprofit organizations, and organized youth groups traveling across multiple boats or galleries.

These requests are reviewed individually based on group structure, organization type, and trip logistics.

Please include:

• Organization name
• Trip date
• Rafting company
• Approximate group size
• Number of boats/galleries involved

If available, please also provide a website, organizational email address, or other information confirming your affiliation.

Download Help Zip Files / PHONES

If you are having trouble opening ZIP files, or getting a .XML file or ZIP.XML instead of a zip file: 

    1. First try downloading the files to a different device — this is often the easiest solution. Desktop or laptop Computers best for large file downlaods.
    2. Try downloading Using a different BROWSER Chrome or Safari 
    3. Gaming or specialty browsers Like OperaGX may cause issues.
    4. Mail APPS and Phones Sometimes phones accidentally download a small XML/preview file instead of the actual ZIP download.

      Please try opening the download link directly in Chrome or Safari (not inside the email app), then download again.

      If possible, a desktop or laptop usually works best for large image downloads.

Phones: You may need a free unzip app to open large ZIP downloads. Many free apps are available that allow you to extract and view your photos.

Computers: Make sure your computer has an unzip utility installed. Most modern computers include one automatically, but instructions can be found here:
